The GS range from Oaklands Environmental is engineered to decelerate the flow of hot ,greasy waste water by providing a large volume of liquid. The extended retention times allows discarded fat, oils and grease (F.O.Gs) to separate and cool as a waste layer develops on the surface. Meanwhile, a sludge layer is formed as high density particles sink to the base of the unit.

The GS3 is designed for larger catering establishments and meat processing facilities with a sludge capacity of 1800 litres. It is suitable applications up to 2750 covers per day.
