Returns

Can I return my item?

Most products can be returned and restocked, as long as it is within 14 days of purchasing them, please see our full terms and conditions for more information on this.

When will my refund be processed?

If you have placed your order via our website, your money should be refunded to you within 5-10 days of us receiving your goods. If your order was placed via our sales team, we will send you an email to let you know your refund is being processed and you will receive this 5-7 days later.

If you have not had your refund after these time periods, please contact us.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes, we can offer an exchange of your items. This is subject to our terms and conditions. You have 14 days from the point of purchase to request an exchange. Please contact us to discuss this in more detail.

Delivery

Where do you deliver to?

We’re proud to offer nationwide delivery for the UK mainland. Our central location enables us to provide fast and efficient delivery services across the UK.

How long do your deliveries take?

Our delivery time varies depending on the product and your location. Most of our products have standard lead times on our website. If you would like more information on how long your delivery will take please contact our team on 0121 351 3230.

How much does it cost to deliver?

This varies depending on the manufacturer, location and weight & size of product. Your shipping will be automatically calculated at checkout. If you have any further questions regarding shipping cost please get in touch on 0121 351 3230.

Do you do next day delivery?

We can offer next day delivery but its availability depends on your location and the specific product you’re interested in, as each lead time varies. To check if next day delivery is an option for you, please get in touch and we’ll be happy to assist you further.

Do you offer FREE delivery if I spend over a certain amount?

We can offer free delivery on some of our products. Items that carry free delivery charges can be identified in the product information before purchase. This will also be confirmed in the shopping basket.

If you add additional products to your basket that incur delivery charges, these charges will still apply.

Do you deliver on weekends?

While we typically don't offer weekend delivery as a standard option, we understand that certain situations might require urgent delivery. If you’re in need of a weekend delivery, please reach out to our team with your location & the items you need. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request and provide you with the necessary information regarding availability and any additional charges that may occur.

Can I collect my items?

Yes, you can collect your items from our trade counter. We’re open Monday to Thursday, 8am-5pm and on Friday 8am-4.30pm.

Where are you located?

We’re located in Wishaw, Sutton Coldfield, B76 9QJ. We’re centrally based just off the M42 near birmingham.

Can I add to an order I've already placed? 

Of course! As long as the goods haven’t left our yard, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

What happens if I'm not home for my delivery?

Depending on the size of the product we should be able to offload and leave it in a safe place. Please let us know if this is likely to be the case so that we can accommodate this. For larger deliveries it may have to be rescheduled. Please get in contact with our sales team for more information.

What if my delivery is late?

We understand the importance of timely deliveries and strive to provide the best service possible. However, there may be instances where your delivery arrives later than the initially expected date. This can occur due to various factors, many of which are out of our control, as we sometimes rely on external delivery services.

If your delivery is later than expected, please get in contact with our team on 0121 351 3230 and they will provide you with an update.

Payment

Do you offer a trade or credit account?

Yes we do offer a credit account. If you’re interested in setting up an account please contact our accounts or sales department on 0121 351 3230.

How do I apply for a credit account?

If you would like to set up a credit account, we will send you a form to fill out and once we receive it back, our accounts team will do the relevant checks and be in contact in due course. Can I pay over the phone?

Unfortunately we cannot take payments over the phone. We offer other payment methods such as bank transfer, payment links or online web orders.

Can I pay via bank transfer?

Yes, we take payments via bank transfer, we can email you an invoice before you pay.

Can you send me a pro forma invoice?

If you would like to pay via BACS, then yes, we will email you an invoice beforehand. Otherwise, you can place your order online and we will email you an order confirmation straight away!

Do you offer a drawing take off service?

Yes, we do offer a free drawing take off service, if you send our sales team your drainage drawings they can accurately access the total cost for your project.
