The GS range from Oaklands Environmental provides a large volume of liquid to slow down the flow of greasy, hot water. The prolonged period of holding allows discarded fat, oils and grease (F.O.Gs) to separate and cool. This causes a waste layer to develop on the surface and sludge layer forms as high density particles sink to the base of the unit.
