The Oaklands Environmental GS range offers a larger volume of liquid to decelerate the flow of hot, greasy water. This extended retention time allowed suspended fat, oils and grease (F.O.Gs) to segregate and cool, as it develops a floating waste layer on the surface. Meanwhile, high density solid particles gradually sink, forming a sludge layer at the unit's base.
The GS1 is designed for larger catering establishments and meat processing facilities with a sludge capacity of 600 litres. It is suitable for applications up to 1150 covers per day.
