The Oaklands Environmental GS range provides a large volume of liquid to slow down the flow of greasy, hot water. The prolonged period of holding allows discarded fat, oils and grease (F.O.Gs) to separate and cool. This allows a waste layer to form on the surface as high density particles sink , creating a sludge layer on the base of the unit.
