Designed to separate fats, oils and grease (F.O.Gs), the Oaklands Environmental grease trap range provides a cost-saving solution for catering establishments. Installing a grease trap prevents the build up of F.O.Gs and keeps drainage systems functioning properly. F.O.Gs are commonly found in kitchen waste water which can lead to blockages in drainage systems
The OEGT2 consists of 2x OEGT1 grease traps linked together. This provides a sludge capacity of 250 litres and is suitable for 200 covers per day.
