Full Description

With an efficient and durable design, this grease trap is engineered to ensure a clean and functioning kitchen environment. Installing a grease trap is a proven method for preventing F.O.Gs ( fats, oils and grease) from entering drainage systems. A build of F.O.G’s , found in wastewater from kitchens can cause blockages when they begin to solidify.

A grease trap should typically be installed by smaller food and catering establishments whereas grease separators are recommended for larger catering applications. This proven method, of preventing excess grease entering drainage systems, is particularly important for businesses that serve more than 30 meals per day on a regular basis.

Key Benefits:

- Environmental protection
- Prevents odors
- Long-term cost savings

In summary this product provides a cost effective and maintainable operation for commercial and industrial establishments. It also supports the safe management of the environment.
