The Oaklands Environmental Grease Trap Range is engineered to separate fats, oils and grease (F.O.Gs), that are commonly found in catering establishments from kitchen waste water. Designed to stop F.O.Gs from entering main sewage treatment systems, this prevents the likelihood of blockages and costly repairs.
The J2 grease trap is a popular sized unit and has a 350 litre sludge capacity. It is suitable for applications up to 600 covers per day.
