Designed to separate fats, oils and grease (F.O.Gs), the Oaklands Environmental grease trap range provides a cost-saving solution for catering establishments. F.O.Gs are commonly found in kitchen waste water which can lead to blockages in drainage systems. Installing a grease trap prevents the build up of F.O.Gs and keeps drainage systems functioning properly.
The J1 grease trap is a medium size unit with a 180 litre sludge capacity. It is suitable for applications up to 300 covers per day.
