Brett Martin’s Deepstyle uPVC industrial downpipe forms part of the optimal guttering solution in industrial and commercial settings with larger roofs. The whole system offers straightforward installation and is exceptionally reliable in the long term. This is a heavy-duty system ideal for heavy-duty requirements.

Downpipe is installed on the side of the building to provide a vertical connection between the gutter and a drain. A number of different components are available to make sure the downpipe can be installed with bends, branches and the appropriate access pipes to fit your project’s specific requirements.

Do I need a plain-ended or socket-ended pipe?

It depends. Some installations will only require plain-ended pipe. However, for greater drops that require connecting more than one length of downpipe together, socket-ended pipes and connectors become necessary to join to a plain-ended pipe.

Is installation straightforward?

Yes. The Brett Martin rainwater management system is designed with easy installation in mind. The unique CLIP & SEAL of the gutter system makes installing the main gutter incredibly simple. Downpipe installation is also easy, with different downpipe components slotting together effortlessly.

Although the systems are easy to install, they don’t compromise on sturdiness and offer a water-tight connection between components.

Brett Martin gutter and downpipe systems comply with the latest regulations, including:

• Building Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2012
• The Building Regulations 2010 (ROI)

This product also meets the requirements of EN 607:2004 and EN 12200-1:2000. This means that the manufacturer has met a number of standards to make this product. As a result, this product is long lasting and durable.
