The Gulliblok is an innovative product which is designed to stop silt and solids transferring into the watercourse via road gullies during and after construction. It can effectively prevent up to 99% of silt and debris from entering a drainage system, which also helps to significantly reduce the chance of water contamination and blockages.

The Gulliblok is made up of the following components:

1. Location Plate – This product is manufactured from recycled polyethylene. This makes it incredibly durable and chemical resistant.
2. Filter Basket – The filter basket is also made from recyclable polyethylene. It is situated within the location plate and sits flush to the plate. The addition in the flow of surface water creates a vortex, which occurs as a result of the basket’s cylindrical shape.
3. Siltblok Filter – The Siltblok filter is 100% post consumer plastic waste. This has been proven to remove silt and debris by up to 99%.
4. Handle – The Gulliblok’s vivid yellow handle is identifiable through the gully grate, which acts as a level marker. When the basket is full, it can be easily lifted out for emptying and then replaced for repeated use.
