Polycons KE range is a unique drainage system & has benefits like no other channel system in the market. The KE is manufactured form polymer concrete resin which is a tough robust material that provides high chemical resistance and resistance to the freeze and thaw process. The KE is manufactured to all EN1433 regulations and comprises of a sealable grove on each channel. The channel has a 4mm galvanised edge rail and can withstand loading up to E600. Its unique profile allows other channels to join at either side / at either end which eliminates the need for junctions and half mtr sections. The KE also has two vertical 110mm outlets at either end and includes identification marking inside the base of the channel.

The KE has the ‘Polycon snap fix quick locking system’ which allows the grating to snap into place. The channel also has indents inside which allows a bolt and bar system enabling other manufactures grating to be used. The galvanised channel edge has indent knockouts which enables the gratings extra lugs to sit in which restricts the movement of the gratings. The KE range is the most unique channel system on the market and compliments Polycon’s full range of channel drainage system.
