The SG3 Silt Separator, part of the Silt Guardian range by Oaklands Environmental, works as a companion to the Class 1 Bypass Separator. Designed to intercept and retain silts and sediments upstream of storm attenuation systems, it helps protect downstream infrastructure and maintain efficient drainage performance.
Manufactured from durable polyethylene, the SG3 offers a lightweight, compact, and versatile design suitable for a range of multipurpose applications. It comes equipped with a lightweight foam filter that effectively captures sediment particles larger than 0.3mm and holds them for easy removal during maintenance. For added convenience, the integrated filter cartridge includes an overflow channel to prevent potential blockages and ensure consistent performance.
The SG3 Silt Separator is designed for installation in drainage areas of up to 16,500m².
