We focused on service in 2017
We’re back and looking forward to what the new year has in store for us and our customers. For us, 2017 was a year to be proud of. We focused on how we could further improve our service to you with the launch of our Platinum service and our online shop.
With customer care paramount to what we do, we also invested in and achieved our ISO 9001:2015 Management System certificate. This internationally recognised standard for quality was yet another way to show you just how committed we are to providing you with an outstanding customer service.
In 2017, the business also saw significant growth in terms of new customers and sales. As a result, we expanded our headquarters and our workforce. And with this growth set to continue, we’re already on the look out for our first new recruit of 2018 – a Sales Executive to look after our new clients and projects.
We also launched two new fantastic product ranges in 2017. These included our range of stormwater attenuation systems, which we can supply and install, and Enviropad, a new and innovative way of containing oil spillages.
2017 was also a year of giving! We took part in many charities, including The Midlands Fun Run, Macmillan Coffee Morning and the Santa Run.
