Our separators range from 300 litres to 60,000 litres capacity with oil storage from 45 litres to 2000 litres.
You will need a separator (or interceptor as they are also known) if there is any risk of surface oil, grease or solids contaminating drains or water courses.

The above represent differing risks from full retention class 1 specification to lower risk requiring bypass class 2 specifications. We can size and specify your separator for you.

Grease Traps
From 200 litre to 2000 litre in capacity grease traps naturally separate out fats and grease from waste kitchen water.
Removing the fats and grease greatly reduces incidents of blocked drains, improves the performance of septic tanks and soak aways and prevents contamination of sewage treatment plants.
