Geo grid

Geogrids, as their name suggests, are much more open than geotextile. Made from extruded polypropylene they provide a reinforcing function in a ground structure. They interlock very efficiently with granular materials and allow the granular material to partially penetrate and project through the apertures.

geogrid

This creates a rigid and positive interlock, not only between geogrid and granular material but also with the ground below. They are open and completely pervious to water.

Our geogrids are used for the reinforcement of soils and aggregates in construction of structures such as road pavements, car parks and reinforced foundations.
